@RailMinIndia wanted to bring to your notice gross misconduct on the part of @IRCTCofficial . My 65+ parents boarded the train from TATA to Asansol on 28th Oct only to find out that the seat numbers 104 & 105 allocated to them did not exist. Seat nos. were only till 90.

You are just waiting for 72 hours to pass so that you can easily say that sorry the product cannot be returned now and then you will move on.
I, the customer, will then lose his hard earned money.

Received hair in my food having order ID 237115430957268 which is really unhygienic and does not meet FSSAI standards.
Complaint was made immediately on receiving the order and you should have taken it back.
I want full refund as my entire order was inconsumable.
