Our recycling centres at Dunbar, Kinwegar and North Berwick will each close temporarily for a short period while essential vehicle-mounted crane operations are carried out between Monday and Tuesday (19 and 20 January). We anticipate each closure lasting around 30 minutes.
East Lothian secondary pupils are to receive individual Chromebooks for learning in school and at home. The numbers of devices in primary schools is also set to increase.
The move will increase access to technology, digital literacy and skills.
