What a joke @omanair, I booked flight directly from your website. Final leg operated by @lufthansa got cancelled due to the strike. All I am asking is to rebook to a different flight.

Absolutely frustrated with @omanair Flying from Frankfurt to Kochi with family & a toddler, we faced endless hassles. Due to a strike, our flight was moved to Hahn airport, leaving our luggage behind in Frankfurt.
