@RoyalMailHelp why are collection requests not being fulfilled? I'm now at the 4th time in a row that no one has shown up for a scheduled collection, and the 3rd time in 2 weeks. I am having to cripple myself walking miles to a post office with health problems just to post orders

@sodapets This is partly why it's a good idea to have large minimums for enclosures, the argument is "less people will be able to get them if they need large enclosures"... Good, that's a good thing imo, but maybe it's just me being a hamster Karen 🤷‍♀️
