5. Not changed everyone's seat randomly and used some logic especially families

1. You should've informed passengers abt the delay so people plan their travel to the #airport
2. The #aircraft landed at 4AM from #Heathrow. The technical snag shud've been identified and arrangements shud've been made so that the flight took off on time
