As residents of 2C Cavendish Road, we walk out in mornings to rubbish being left out of the wall where passers by sit and sometimes bicycles in our entrance.

Another day in Colliers Wood, wondering where my council tax is going to?
Our entry way which is shared with a public library is constantly trashed with rubbish, cigarette butts and the occasional rough sleeper.

@MartinSLewis Affordability of increased mortgage rates are pricing hard working people out of being able to secure equity. Banks raise interest rates yet still require 10-20% LTV mortgages - banks need to reduce deposits! The gov should consider stamp duty rule changes for singles to couples.
