I've been locked out of my account, and have to verify my identity with an emailed code, but I'm not getting the emails.

So I went to the @Zoom chatbot, but it will only let you chat with a human if you put in a code it emails to you, but I'm chatting because I'm not getting their emails!

So, they did reach out and refund my upgrades. However, I don't know if @SouthwestAir is good for business travel anymore. I buy my tickets based on meeting agendas, and I don't have time to check back to see if changed flights still line up. Today, they didn't.

If they weren't the only option for direct flights between PDX and STL, I'd be done with @SouthwestAir. This practice of moving flights without consent is the absolute worst. I managed to get a better flight, but lost my upgraded boarding position, so had to upgrade AGAIN. Grr.
