At Manchester United, won the Europa League, secured a 2nd place in the league, and reached an FA Cup final. Arguably United’s best seasons post Alex Ferguson.

Sacked by Spurs days before a cup final he led them too, had them top of the league in December. Things fell apart a bit, but we can all agree he deserved to manage the final, and should’ve been given more of a chance to turn it round.

At Roma, - won a European trophy, the first trophy in 11 years for the club. Then reached the Europa League final the next season, losing on penalties to Sevilla - (No shame in that) He Criticised the owners in Summer, as Roma were consistently selling their talent, and replacing them with free transfers, loans or budget signings so Roma could comply with FFP.
