"Carol told me about the dreams and aspirations she had for this club. Hearing that was fantastic, and I've come here to put my heart and soul into developing Port Vale to achieve that. There's a working process and never a moment's rest. We're trying to move the team forward and move the club forward, so I'm very much involved. We sit up here as a trio knowing Vale isn't a finished article, but there's a togetherness here and we've seen what that can achieve. We want to be outside our comfort zone because that's where you grow the most; we're not in League One to make up the numbers. I've got my own dreams for this club and we're nowhere near it yet."
