My living is AI video generation. And I'm payed quite well. I have 15 years of film animation and CGI experience so I understand the requirements of the production very well. The more specific and challenging the vision the longer it takes and the more it costs, but it costs much less than a studio of 500 artists.

In the end we make up the difference by delivering a lot more than the project could otherwise dream to have. It's just CGI 2.0 to me. You now have a warp drive, your reusable assets are now concepts and pngs, but if you don't know how to navigate the thing you won't find the client's vision.

This meta will be disrupted again when AI can competently direct things people are excited to watch and I'll be down for the collab.

RBF: Replace-By-Fee explained simply:

- Transactions are sent to the mempool, awaiting confirmation

- Low-fee tx can remain unconfirmed in the mempool.

- Use Replace-By-Fee to resend the tx with a higher fee => this will improve its chances of being picked up by miners

- RBF allows tx to be replaced in the mempool by setting nSequence to a value below 0xffffffff => This signals the transaction can be replaced with a higher-fee version.
