@GoogleMyBiz We have an issue where a competitor wrote a negative review to hurt our business. This person has only written one review not related to their experience which is a clear indication that it violates Google's policy. Our GBP is: Tri M Graphics

@Allegiant It didn’t allow me to pay for a bag before checking in. Very frustrating. I thought I had to check in before arriving at the airport. Not clear instruction. Thank you for the quick response.

@Allegiant There were issues with your online checkin process not allowing me to pay for a bag. I spent 45 minutes on hold. I got to checkin and was told I would have to pay the full fee. I will not be flying with your airline again. Terrible customer service.

@GoogleMyBiz I had someone post a one star review claiming we shouldn't be open for business while it was published by @GovernorTomWolf that we are legally allowed to be open in the state of PA. Please remove this review from our GMB listing immediately.
