The other universes are just other states in a quantum superposition, something we’ve already observed to exist. It’s a bad name that carries unnecessary baggage from science fiction.

I think the hep-th community seriously needs to put a counternarrative to the rhetoric of people like Sabine. In an era where science & science funding is already in danger due to science deniers in power, the lies from people like Sabine are very dangerous.

@Ghost_Capital_ Yes. Regardless of which reference frame one works in the “moving” twin experiences a larger proper time traveled. There isn’t really a paradox per se. It may be unintuitive but the math works out either way.
