@emilyjeanwest I tend to do some yoga to combat the postural problems and then cycling to stay active. I also like to get out into nature as much as possible to de-stress.
Sometimes, even on the most beautiful days, the world appears as nothing more than a shallow veneer, obscuring from sight a deep nothingness. All that we see, and all that we are, is nothing but a mereological #trick.
You and me; we are just atoms, nothing more.

My feet burn on the cracked and dry earth #beneath them. Dead tree trunks bleached white, ghosts from my childhood. Once this valley was ripe with life, today it is a scorched earth beneath a miasmic sky.
I am filled with anger and regret.
What have we done?

@LombardEmma Hi all, I'm a speculative fiction writer currently working on climate dystopia/magical realism novel. I'm looking forward to developing as a writer with you all.
@byMorganWright I have a couple shorts on the go as I write my novel. It helps to switch gears and lets me feel productive when I'm having problems with my novel that might otherwise stop me writing.
I am adrift in a void, the place between life and death. I can feel the will to be and the will to be not at war within me. I hear voices call out to me but it's too late now, I can't #reach them.
The war is over.
I am too.

@agletterman I enjoyed Elantris.
I #amreading The Vorrh by Brian Catling; a fascinating magical realism/ fantasy novel with wonderful prose. Highly recommend.
@CamillaWrites Hi! I dabble across the spectrum of speculative fiction, but at the the moment I'm writing a macigal realist/eco-fiction novel. the writing community here is amazing.
What is the post-capitalism world where we stop climate change while your consumption patterns stay the same? Like how does that look in your mind?
If your consumption has to change *anyway* then why don't you do as much of that change *now* as you can?
Hi #WritingCommunity. I'm pretty new to Twitter but from what I've seen already the community is amazing. I'm looking forward to growing as a writer with you all. How's your #wip going?
@byMorganWright I think it depends on what is meant by writing. Writing is more than the physical act of putting pen to paper, it is also daydreaming and mental exploration . Even if I'm not writing on a given day I'll definitely be thinking about what I'm writing.
