2/ It looked like the old account had been taken down recently, so I was at least content with the fact that my profile wasn't scamming people. However, I have had a series of recent suspensions on my new account, saying it does not meet your guidelines.

3/ Yesterday, I had to verify my account with a selfie, and once doing that, you decided to permanently disable my instagram and Facebook account (I had it for 15 years). The hacked account is now back up and running and scamming people again. Please can someone resolve this.

@ManUtd Your ticket system is a joke. I have spent 3 hours in the que for tickets, only for the ticket page to not load when it was my turn. Then to be put to the back of the que again. After spending £75 on a membership, you make it impossible for fans to buy a ticket.
