@TLRailUK what on earth is going on with the Bedford line? We are stopped with no info coming through on one of the hottest days of the year on a crowded train. Beyond rubbish, sort yourselves out.

@PapaJohnsUK ordered from your east dulwich branch over 1.5 hours ago and no sign of the order. The branch is not picking up the phone either. This is completely unacceptable and really really poor service. I'm extremely disappointed, to put it mildly.
