@VodafoneIreland After two weeks of calling and reaching out via X yesterday and getting the same response of someone will call us within 24 hrs is simply not acceptable. Seeing as you cannot resolve timely let’s see if @rteliveline can help with this issue ?

@VodafoneIreland I sent CEO Amanda Nelson a message via LinkedIn but no response to my concern. Can someone pls respond so I can get resolution for a safety issue caused by an error on your behalf? Ongoing 4 2 weeks impacting a senior citizen with no sense of urgency to rectify
