What I see is the fact that you didnt really read this thread. Its been stated and explained more than once that it really isnt even about cheating... but, instead of reading and trying to maybe see a different perspective, you'd rather get caught up in your feels and lash out and what you perceive is an injustice. @Nomad7671 @ThrillaRilla369 Many courts definitely favor the mother, which is wrong. Courts should automatically treat both parents as absolute equals unless there is a serious reason not to. They are supposed to do this... but, unfortunately, reality shows differently.
