@toubuya I’m told off by the manager @Pret_uk Hammersmith station Every time I describe the coffee I want, she’s rude, unprofessional & sarcastic. She once had to be told off by a customer for being rude to me when I ordered my coffee. Her staff are good but she’s a disgrace to @Pret_uk
@toubuya Well said sis. Salone is a rich country which seem to have experienced managed decline. Shame really Leaders don’t have to travel & tweet. They need to get on with the job of the people instead of taking the begging bowl from country to country. Resulting in basically nothing.
@UNFPASierraleon Well done for all your efforts & hope for progress to end FGM because it has lifelong negative health impact on girls & women @MidwivesRCM & others from Sierra Leone & @RCObsGyn have led many initiatives in UK to push for legislation to ban FGM & health care for survivors👏🏽👏🏾
@Conservatives The loss of an innocent life & depriving a family of their loved one. Nothing can ever justify the taking of another person’s life. Sir David was about to support us midwives. Rest In Peace good soul & enjoy the sweet sounds of the angels singing .
@dave43law Jenrick is such a racist. I once went with a friend to a restaurant frequented by barristers. He stopped dead in his tracks when he saw me - the black face. Fill in the blanks Dave.
In the final episode of the first series of our Race and Health Matters podcast, Professor David R. Williams (@Harvard) places racial inequities in a global context, reminding us that these challenges extend far beyond the NHS and the UK 🌍
