running it on windows and ran into long path errors. Turned off long path restriction in the registry and STILL got the error. Ended up using native windows PIP into a short path venv C:/**/

skipped docker and wsl. Running it locally on a 5070ti for now but will probably set up a run pod (despite them always being out of gpus)
