@JasonSorens I think a lot of people don't realize how many ADU's already exist in NH, and it's still very rural. Check out the number of mailboxes when you're out driving sometimes and you'll see a number of houses have small apartments in them.

Joel Salatin and his family operate Polyface Farm in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley, producing salad bar beef, pigaerator pork, pastured poultry and forestry products.

He’s written 16 books and is editor of the world’s premier pastured livestock trade journal, The Stockman Grass Farmer. The farm ships meat and poultry nationwide, has an on-farm store, services 35 urban drop points, restaurants, and boutique grocery stores.

Featured in countless written and video media, including National Geographic, Time Magazine, and Food Inc., his redemptive work on a gullied rock pile of a farm encourages a generation of creation stewards.

His blog is Musings from the Lunatic Farmer and weekly podcast is Beyond Labels. He travels the world advocating healing farm and food systems paired with food freedom.

The farm hosts some 15,000 visitors per year for events, informational seminars, and tours. It maintains a 24/7/365 open door policy for anyone from anywhere to visit anytime and see anything unannounced.
