@AskPS_UK No, I never did that. The message says that I was logged in from another console and that's why I need to enter my card details. I only login from the laptop and from the PS App on Mobile/ GT Companion

@AskPS_UK every time I need to download something (even if it's free) it asks me to complete exp date and security code of the card attached. I do just that, no problem but then it says that I don't have that card anymore (I have it attached and it's still valid)
