@digitalshane_ In my opinion, Webflow isn’t too expensive, but the „normal“ users do not get any updates like Branchen, but the pricing increases with smaller limits.
Day 2 of building in public
Most SaaS products skip this.
And it kills their support quality.
We built an internal admin dashboard for Genseo.
Not for customers. For us.
What it does:
→ Jump directly into any customer project
→ See everything from their perspective
→ Access all their data in one view
→ Manage plans and subscriptions
→ Remove or block users when needed
→ No digging through the database
→ No switching between tools
We didn't have this in the beginning either.
Support requests took forever. We had to search through database entries. Ask customers for screenshots. Guess what they were seeing.
Now?
Customer writes in. We open their project. See exactly what they see. Adjust their plan if needed. Fix it in minutes.
This was one of the most important things we built.
Not a feature for customers. A tool for better support.
If you're building a SaaS and don't have this yet:
Build it. It's worth it.
Day 1 of building in public
https://t.co/TDXEDcMlPa has been running for several months now.
We have a few hundred customers.
But I never publicly shared what works and what doesn't.
That changes now.
Why?
Because I've always searched for these honest insights myself. What works for others? Where do they struggle? Which decisions would they make differently?
That's why I'm starting here.
Regular updates on:
→ What we're building at Genseo
→ Which numbers are moving
→ What actually works for customers
→ Where we make mistakes
→ What I learn about SEO, Product and Growth
Some big updates coming in the next few weeks.
Time to make this public.
Let's go.
The day has come: @dubdotco is officially on Vercel Enterprise 🚀
Fun fact: I built Dub as a side project when I was at @vercel to dogfood Edge Middleware.
Fast forward a few years, Dub has scaled to >1B requests/mo and is growing at a tremendous pace with Vercel.
Glad to have a reliable + cost-efficient infra partner to build our product on w/o having to worry about infra on our end 💪

I love to pay for Webflow (even for the price increases), but for „normal“, not enterprise users, there are almost no useful updates anymore, but the prices increase. If we get f.e. Branches or one site publishing, I have absolutely no problem to pay more for Webflow (and I think most users have the same opinion). Framer isn‘t cheaper, but the users here regularly update (not only for enterprise users) And I never heard that they are too pricey
