"These are so big, is this meant for the bigger dolls?"

The fairies were helping themselves to some of the food being unloaded, just nibbling and gnawing on them.

@Apple3_14_ Marigold looked surprised to see the basket, somehow she frigging missed it. Her little hand reached out to Apple. "You brought me food! For little old me? Thank you! aww!"

@Apple3_14_ The fairies were pushing Marigold over to Apple, making sure to sit her down before all sitting around the two.

The Tree smiled and spoke something yet again but this time, Marigold was able to translate.

"It is thanking you, Apple for caring for me."

@Apple3_14_ The Tree was going to grab Apple but chose to let them go.

The fairies were running and flying towards the cabin until they found Marigold who was waiting near the flowerbed. Swarming her!

"Oh! Hello! Hello!"

@Apple3_14_ The Tree spoke some command to the fairies that they only know and watched as the little ones rush off to enact its command.

Its eye rested on Apple and just gazed at them, a warmth in its gaze.

@Apple3_14_ Finally a question it can answer easily, its eye moved up and down in a nod. The root rested in Apple's hands as it looked back in the direction Marigold ran off in.

A whistle noise came from the Tree and a few fairies ran to stand before the tree! Little ARMY MEN!!

The Tree was silent as it stared at the root, oh my god? Its upper eyelid lowered as it put the root around Apple's torso to bring them back.

It let Apple go and gave them a pat.

@Apple3_14_ The Tree let out a low rumble, it was a sigh. It was happy to someone else care for Marigold this much.

Though, Apple missed her! It tried to tell them that but all that came out with lower groans and other such noises.

Then it decided to put the root on Apple's head.

@Apple3_14_ It used a root to point at the basket, likely asking about the basket. The tree can see that its filled with food but for what reason would Apple bring it here?

Unless... The Tree looked up from Apple and towards the direction Marigold rushed off to.

It rolled its eye to the side with a slight smile that was hidden behind the bark. Apple can assume it means good then.
