@Apple3_14_ She flew her way into the tree house and placed Apple on top of the pile of pillows, she gestured to a corkboard and on it was a small drawing of two birds? Were they meant to be of Marigold and a fairy?

Marigold looked so proud of the drawing. "Look! Our first drawing!"

@Apple3_14_ She let out a little happy squeal! She would lift Apple into the tree house like she did before but her arm was still healing. "Let's go to the tree house, I got new pictures on the wall!"

@Apple3_14_ "Are you going to stay or are you going to return home?" Marigold asked since yeah, she wasn't sure if Apple wanted to stay or go back.

"Not trying make you leave when you don't want to!"

@Apple3_14_ Creaking, the roots twisting. The Tree felt closer then before, it was reaching for the pair before...

It was still, only a root pat the top of both heads. "Awww! Thank you Guardian!" Marigold smiled.

@Apple3_14_ Marigold was confused but honestly, hugging Apple was nicer. "Aww." She whispered.

The Tree kept watching the pair before closing its eye, a low chuckle escaped it. Is it taunting them or simply finding this cute?

@Apple3_14_ Marigold was beaming as The Tree's eye rested solely on Apple. It knew, it knew why Apple was staring so much and it could very much reveal the truth to them.

She seems to notice the glaring and looked back at the tree, only to see the tree's gaze was on her instead.

@Apple3_14_ "Please do come back when you can, Apple! I can get Cabin Dweller to give you a map and everything!"

@Apple3_14_ Marigold felt so happy to see someone care this much for her as much as the tree. Her hands kept hold of Apple's.

"So kind..." She sniffled and then brought Apple into a hug. Ouch! Not too tight of a hug because of her arm.

@Apple3_14_ Marigold noticed the roots and touched them, they slipped off Apple.

"It's okay, a lot of fairies are! Thank you so much for bringing food for me."

@Apple3_14_ "Oh!" She used her hands to gently clean Apple's face, much like they did with hers. "You got some on your face!"

@Apple3_14_ She made sure Apple got every drop, until it was all gone.

"I'm glad, you can always come and ask for more! Maybe bring bottles too."

She looked almost angelic under the sunlight, huh.

@Apple3_14_ Marigold was beaming as Apple drank the nectar, happy that she was sharing something! "How was it?" She asked.

@Apple3_14_ "I don't have a cup." She frowned and besides it's too late. "Sorry Apple."

Her hands weren't dirty at least, in fact they were very clean. Very slender.

@Apple3_14_ "A silly thing?" Marigold asked as she held her hands close to Apple, ready for them to drink. "Good silly or bad?"

The Tree kept watching, aware of Apple's knowledge of the horror.

@Apple3_14_ "I got the nectar!" Marigold called out as she descends to Apple with her hands cupped, in it was this sweet smelling liquid.

"It comes in different colours but yellow is common- Apple? Apple did you see something?" She noticed their expression, "did something happen?"

@Apple3_14_ The roots held Apple, just loosely cradling them as they wait for Marigold to return.

But that hole, that void was calling... It was so dark, hardly anything was visible that was until Apple saw it.

There was some ragdoll like thing inside the tree and it was staring at them.
