Every company can tell you how much they're spending on AI. Almost none can tell you whether their people are actually using it well or whether it's producing better work than competitors.
I'm building The Output Index to fix that.

Anthropic published something important in February. Their AI Fluency Index measured how 10,000 people actually work with Claude and found that the most effective users iterate 5.6x more, and push back on outputs 4x more often, than the rest.
