. @BoschHomeIn There is this dishwasher of yours that I purchased which came damaged. It was replaced and that came damaged too. And then another (3rd one!) came yesterday and that has come damaged too. :-(

Is there anything you can do to ensure the next one would be good?

Though there were some eye-rolling stuff (like: why din't you try another DJ teacher/bartending class etc.), there are good insights (B2C/B2B), ability to work with people half your age etc. for one to reflect upon. Good listen! Thanks @playtopotential and @DpakJraman

Not just people like me - They had their product/ux people visit small alleys of Bangalore and Tier-2 towns in Karnataka that even I have never bothered to visit. Unfortunately, their app became famous for content that @eugenewei calls "some parts of the culture are universal".

Great conversation this is - I was a bit skeptical when I started it. It goes on for > 2 hours even at 1.5x speed and with no commute to office, I need to select what I hear carefully. Boy, was I glad I did. +

I am yet to complete - At the end of the 'third commercial break', my sweep-mop routine got over and I had to get back to office work. Will continue tomorrow. One good thing about such podcasts is that the house gets cleaner - You want to spend more time with sweep-mop routine. +
