I call bullshit on this. Your BAME staff are some of the worst at profiling. The treatment I get when shopping with a gay male Chinese friend bears no resemblance to my solo shopping experiences. I have complained historically and you’ve done bugger all. Disappointed.

@DPD_UK Why do your drivers lie? Why are your call centre operators inept? Why does your call centre lead with the line "there's no excuse for abuse." How do you define abuse? Yelling at someone who is not answering your query? If your service was better there'd be no "abuse"

@LibertyLondon If those are people, I am surprised and disappointed. Social customer care in platform is an incredibly modern practice. So successful there are businesses built on that. Social media is customer service. @LibertyLondon you are not doing this well. Get with the times!
