Worse experience ever with @lufthansa and partners. Upon return from Rio with my mom (jn need of special assistance- not provided) & my 8yr daughter. To list a few, horrible meals, rude staff, dirty bathrooms, missing connection #muchmore #complaint #Lufthansa awaiting response

Very disappointing experience with @GoToGateAreShit Flight was cancelled due weather condition, and no notification; except from @TurkishAirlines also not taking any responsibility. I'm waiting contact; until then I'll contact to spread the word about the lack of service quality.

@KLM @KLM a PIR has been provided however I can’t follow up online, there’s an error and 3rd piece is missing. No one at Zaventem @aviapartnerF answers. It’s been almost 48hrs and the information received has been limited and missing.

@AirComplaints my luggages didn’t arrive with @KLM from AMS to BRU, Jan26 flight KL1725. No claim# was provided. No KLM personnel on sight. My child’s stroller didn’t arrive so we had to walk with bags after a whole day of flying. Frustrating, especially my toddler around 😡
