यह बाप मायूसी से इसलिए रो रहा है, क्योंकि इसके बेटे को 26 मई को ही अदालत से जमानत मिल चुकी है।

लेकिन 15 दिन बीत जाने के बाद भी वह जेल से बाहर नहीं आ पाया

क्योंकि इन्होंने पुलिस को घुश नहीं दी।

हमारे देश में न्याय सिर्फ पैसे वालों को ही दिया जाता है?

नियम के मुताबिक, जमानत मिलने के बाद थाने से वेरिफिकेशन होना होता है।

इन्होंने 27 तारीख को ही थाने जाकर सारे पेपर्स जमा कर दिए थे।

हाई कोर्ट की साफ गाइडलाइन है कि पुलिस को हर हाल में 7 दिनों के भीतर यह वेरिफिकेशन पूरा करना है।

लेकिन यहाँ 7 दिनों के बदले 14 दिन बीत गए और पुलिस ने कुछ भी नहीं किया।

जब पीड़ित ने न्यायालय से काम जल्द कराने का प्रार्थना पत्र भी मंगवाकर दिया,

तब भी न्यायालय के उस आदेश को नहीं माना गया।

पीड़ित पिता सीधे तौर पर स्थानीय SHO और मुंशी पर आरोप लगा रहे हैं कि

वे वेरिफिकेशन के नाम पर रुपयों की डिमांड कर रहे हैं।

यह पूरा मामला मथुरा का है।
