Please register a Complaint/ Service Request for 6th of June, 2926 as your platform is broken today. No info about registered devices. Bought a split AC one month ago and a water leakage issue is there. The same issue was there in May 2026.
@HavellsCare360@havellsindia please check the Customer Care Executive Call Recordings which you people save for Training purposes and then the Remarks added to them. Please check the Email with the attachments shared over to your Customer Care Support Team along with Grievance Cell.

@havellsindia@HavellsCare360 No one is picking the Customer Support also from evening. So please raise a Service Request and assign an Engineer to visit on 6th of June, 2026. AC is under warranty as it is just one month old. This is the second time I am having the same issue.

Thanks Monika for replying to my post/ message. I just received a message from Airtel that my issue is assigned to a new engineer. He will call me on the 11th of May, 2026 between 09:30 to 10:30 hours IST, the message is delivered on 12th of May. #pathetic
