This judgment clearly states that a man’s higher salary does not mean automatic or inflated maintenance liability.

Courts cannot allow maintenance laws to become tools for income extraction, especially after extremely short marriages.

The ruling restores balance, reason, and fairness for men who are often reduced to walking ATMs in matrimonial litigation.

A video from Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh has gone viral on social media, showing a heated public dispute between a young woman and an auto-rickshaw driver over money in a shocking incident that has caught widespread attention and ignited debate online. 

According to local reports, the woman hailed an auto-rickshaw and during the ride told the driver that she needed ₹20,000 urgently & would pay him back in cash.

She asked the driver to send ₹20,000 online to her via UPI — insisting she would hand over the cash to him in return. Trusting her assurance, the auto-rickshaw driver transferred the amount from his phone. 

However, after the digital transaction went through, the woman refused to give him the promised cash.

Instead, she allegedly declined to hand over the money and began arguing with the driver.

The situation escalated into a confrontation on the street, drawing the attention of bystanders. 

Many users criticized the woman’s actions, saying the incident highlights the dangers of blind trust, especially when dealing with strangers and digital payments. 

Several commenters on social media warned people to be cautious during such transactions, as digital fraud attempts are becoming more common.

Some debated whether the driver should have been more careful before transferring such a large amount.

In fact, she got promoted to district judge after #AtulSubhash demise.

Not even an enquiry was made to find out the truth.

Now another victim alleged that this judge demands bribes just to implement order from High court

Judiciary in India is not accountable and it seems is beyond repair
