@OnePlus_Support I have tried reaching India Support team but they are so unprofessional and careless , they dont have any solution on the issue till now. They are repeating the same statement again and again " wait for 48hr more" and its been almost 11 days till now waiting

@OnePlus_IN submitted my OnePlus 9 on 23rd sep due to green glitch, yet 2 receive refund voucher. I've attempted contact customer care, but unfortunatly, I haven't received a satisfactory resolution. I've tried calling service center no, but it's consistntly switched off.
