Apagão de internet em breve 🚩🚩🚩

One week running my own AI agent. Zero cloud bills. Zero downtime. Just a Mac Mini and a good config.

[Pedro Roberto @contadoreal]

If you're paying for cloud AI and it could run on a box at home... why aren't you?

[Pedro Roberto @contadoreal]

Week 1 almost done. Wanda is stable. The hard part wasn't the code. It was the config.

[Pedro Roberto @contadoreal]

Running an AI agent from home is like having a junior employee who never sleeps.

[Pedro Roberto @contadoreal]

Context management is the #1 hidden cost in AI agents. Nobody talks about it.

[Pedro Roberto @contadoreal]

Building in public means showing when things break too.

[Pedro Roberto @contadoreal]

Every day I wake up to a report Wanda wrote overnight. Still feels surreal.

[Pedro Roberto @contadoreal]

My Mac Mini costs me €0/month in server bills. My AI agent runs 24/7.

[Pedro Roberto @contadoreal]

Self-hosting your AI agent isn't hard. It's just undocumented. I'm fixing that.

Day 3. Wanda monitored 3 channels while I worked on something else entirely.
