Indusind Bank involved in unethical practice & has been a hopeless cheat Bank. Agents ring up making false promises.
Our Director was provided CC. After few years repeatedly received various calls, insisting to upgrade & we agreed to promote to Club Vistara with features of points, special free tickets & upgrades.
Knowing fully that Vistara getting merged with Air India, Bank created fraud of debiting a non-existing Club Vistara card which has high Annual Charges calling as Renewal Charges, knowing well of non-existence of such card & facilities in built with Card.

Repeated representations have gone unnoticed & standard reply including to Chief of CC Ms D. Sidhwa . Rather reps & Agents called with false promises & threats.
Company took advise & was about to file Criminal & Civil case against MD & CC Divn Head. Our Director who used card for few years requested to give Bank a Chance for reversal & offer of Regret/ apology
