Kings this season:
Fox โ 1st in clutch points
Sabonis โ 1st in rebounds and double-doubles
Murray โ 1st in 3s by a rookie
Monk โ 2nd in points off the bench
And the greatest offensive rating of all-time.
De'Aaron Fox of the @SacramentoKings is the first NBA guard to score 30+ points on 50% shooting in 7 straight games since Michael Jordan had an 8-game streak from January 6-23, 1996.
DeโAaron Fox tonight:
38 PTS (18 in 4Q)
12 AST
58.3 FG%
Itโs his second 35p/10a game of the season โย he joins Mike Bibby as the only Kings players with multiple 35/10 games in a season since the 3pt era (1980).
No official announcement yet, of course, but go ahead and put Sacramento's De'Aaron Fox's name on the Team USA roster for China. Consistently standing out and making the right decision every time the media is in allowed in the gym here in Vegas ...
De'Aaron Fox's passing has been one of the most exciting parts of the early season. The pace and extra spacing w/ Bjelica at PF helps, but he's just seeing and making really high-level passes that weren't in his game last season. Super impressive.
