Why is it so? On consumer forum also you replied fake, without even talking and listening to customer. Why?

@SamsungMobileUS @SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile Front camera fog issue, Offered bribe of extended warranty and solution of heating the device. The device was unboxed in service centre itself. Worst treatment. Fake things said by them. Recorded by me. We'll meet them legally, as they will ignore me.

Got an answer like, we will give you extended warranty, or we will heat the device. It was unboxed inside service centre. This is the service they are providing. 😢 They just need profits, Ntg else.

No reply to emails since 3 months. Service team spoke rudely. Fridge failed multiple times, during & after warranty, for same problem. Fridge stops cooling everytime. Lost my time and money both. I feel helpless. 💔

Single day rain result.
Every year in rains there is 4 feet water in our houses.
The building built next to our colony has blocked all drainages.

Raised multiple complaints but no result.
Do we have to live in drainage water forever? 😞
