Dang it! Bragg did not run for his office saying he would go after Trump. Both of you should know this. [That sin (if it is one) was by Leticia James.] In fact, Bragg took a lot of public flak because he refused to forge ahead - until he saw the case was real. Then he pursued the case.
This important fact is not well understood, but it is crucial. It turns Buck's complaint upside down.
Remember, the Feds brought this case against Michael Cohen, who served time. If Individual One had not been shielded by his presidency, Trump would have been the lead defendant.
Oh, by the way, let's not forget that ugly action that sent Cohen back to prison, in solitary confinement, because he was writing a book. In this saga, that was the only action for which the Justice System was weaponized.
