खारघरमध्ये भाजप कार्यकर्त्यांच्या हाती SIR मोहिमेचे फॉर्म असल्याचं नागरिकांनीच रंगेहात पकडल्याने निवडणूक आयोगाच्या कथित पारदर्शक SIR मोहिमेचा पर्दाफाश झाला. यामुळं SIR ही मोहीम कशी फसवी आणि नावापुरती राबवली जाते हे स्पष्ट झालं. या मोहिमेच्या माध्यमातून भाजप आपल्या पुढील विजयाचा पाया घालण्याचा कसा प्रयत्न करत आहे, हे आम्ही वारंवार सांगत आलो असून त्याला आजच्या या घटनेने एकप्रकारे पुष्टीच मिळाली आहे. याबाबत आम्ही निवडणूक आयोगाकडेही विचारणा केली परंतु केंद्रीय निवडणूक आयोगाकडं हात दाखवून त्यांनी आपली सुटका करून घेतली.

आता निवडणूक आयोग या भाजप कार्यकर्त्यांवर काय कारवाई करतं, याकडे आमचं लक्ष आहे. पण या मोहिमेच्या माध्यमातून जे काही चाललं ते संविधानाच्या विरोधात असून यावर सामान्य लोकांनीही आवाज उठवला पाहिजे.

The 99.7% haircut to creditors is the lowest of the lows that NCLT could fall down to. Claims of over ₹22,000 crore and repayment of just: ₹6.25 crore.
But the real absurdity begins when you examine the “80% creditor approval.”

1. Five creditors whose links with the Subhash Chandra or Essel group and controlled 61.78% of the voting share.

Veena Investments — 77.15% was held by Sushila Devi Goel, wife of Subhash Chandra’s brother Jawahar Goel.

Direct Media — 99.99% owned by Essel Corporate Resources, a group company.

World Crest Advisors — Partner Basant Sharma was also recorded as a director in Veena Investments, Essel Corporate Resources etc.

Lemonade Capital Advisors — Its partners Ravindra Pashte and Naresh Ingale had directorship links to entities into related-party network.

Corpcall Capital Advisors — Its partner Vijay Bhujbal was also a director of Essel Highways and Essel Infraprojects.

Indiabulls Housing Finance also voted YES. The irony: Indiabulls was the creditor that originally initiated the personal insolvency proceedings against Subhash Chandra.

Now compare that with the institutions that voted AGAINST: Axis Bank; Canara Bank; HDFC Bank; IDBI Trusteeship / Franklin Templeton; LIC Housing Finance; RBL Bank; Union Bank of India.

IndusInd Bank and another IDBI Trusteeship account also objected but did not vote.

The decisive question was: Should that 61.78% voting block have been allowed to vote? And they manipulated to allow them.

I can't unsee it now. My autistic brain can't help but hyperfixate on this. What were 53 Ukrainians doing near the border with China? Tourists from all other countries make sense. But we don't even have close relation or contact with Ukraine. Ukraine doesn't even have an embassy in Nepal. It's not the mere presence of Ukrainians. It's the unusual and disproportional number compared to other nationalities. Does anybody have any logical explanation?

₹22,006 करोड़ के admitted claims। लेनदारों को मिलेंगे करीब ₹6.25 करोड़, यानी हर ₹100 पर सिर्फ़ 3 पैसे।

सुभाष चंद्रा के repayment plan को NCLT के तीसरे सदस्य ने 80.81% creditor vote के आधार पर मंज़ूरी का रास्ता दे दिया।

यह corporate loans पर दी गई personal guarantees का मामला है। कानून की प्रक्रिया अपनी जगह है, लेकिन असली सवाल कानून के भीतर छिपी वर्गीय असमानता का है।

Corporate guarantor के लिए भुगतान-क्षमता देखकर insolvency plan और 99.97% haircut संभव है। लेकिन फसल खराब होने या आमदनी छिनने से कर्ज़ न चुका पाने वाले किसान और छोटे borrower को ऐसी संस्थागत राहत क्यों नहीं?

छोटे कर्ज़दार के हिस्से recovery का दबाव, बड़े कर्ज़दार के लिए restructuring की गुंजाइश।

हमारी व्यवस्था कर्ज़ की रकम नहीं, कर्ज़दार की हैसियत देखकर मानवीय क्यों होती है?
