A specific ban on the use of the pseudoscience of parental alienation in family courts in 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 will help victims of domestic abuse report abuse safely in the family courts, and lead their children to safe child arrangements. 🙏

An abuser & their legal team use false accusations & vexatious litigation with pseudoscience to discredit domestic abuse victims in court. This leads to unsafe child arrangements. It is therefore encouraging to see #pseudoscience outlawed in family courts in 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 & 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿.

@outofhiscontrol After the harm report came out 1yr ago, campaigners fought hard for redress & the government shut the door on them. Legal route has so many barriers to justice. Its extremely hurtful & unfair for those affected. So many tragic outcomes as a result of the parental alienation scam.

@DeboraMontesoro @thewireradio @amanda_sillars The mother and the child are both affected by the coercive control of one abuser. This is where the PA argument falls flat. The fathers claiming to be 'alienated' are not claiming to be victims of domestic abuse in the relationship! Thankfully the world is waking up to the scam.
