@khanofkhans11_ your university won't tell you this but it's actually perfectly fine to flop academically as much as you want you just can't kill yourself 👍
Dear everyone who is currently working on a Thing, whatever that Thing may be,
Good luck with the Thing. You can do the Thing. You will do the Thing. You just have to do the Thing.
Best wishes,
Someone who is also doing a Thing
“the only flowers a man will get are at his funeral” wrong and stupid. tell your girl you like flowers. name 3 flowers you like. put vases full of flowers around your house. everyone will catch on.
I am inviting Men to a scheduled Zoom meeting.
In small groups, you’ll have an opportunity to connect with others, taking time to be heard by and to hear from them about what matters most to men—and how we can take care of each other.

Sometimes with mental illness it feels like we have this dark presence inside of us that is bumping around in our brain and organs, causing problems. It helps immensely to let it out.
I literally cannot overstate how important creative hobbies are when dealing with mental illness. If you can’t draw, there are coloring books. If you can’t write a novel, you can write in short journaling bursts. If you can’t sing in the shower, you can listen to music.
you’re going to find people that won’t leave. you’re going to find moments and hobbies you’ll keep going back to. you’re going to make a life worth sticking around for, i just know it <3.
Please don’t invalidate your experiences or yourself. It is okay to feel whatever it is that you feel about it. The bottom line is that it should not have happened, and you deserved better.
It’s ok to be silly. It’s ok to be whimsical. It’s ok to be creative. It’s ok to show emotion. It’s ok to be wrong. It’s ok to fail. It’s ok to hold hands and hug. It’s ok to say ‘I love you’. It’s ok to live. It’s ok to be you because we are all just trying to figure it out.
