@VikingRange I have an oven of yours that hasn't worked for MONTHS b/c of a part that's on backorder due to an issue with the model. The VIKING service technician actually DIDN'T BELIEVE ME when I told him what was happening. Something needs to be done. I need this oven to work.

dear @O2 just was hung up on during customer service call. EVERY time I try to log into your website it doesn't recognise my password. I reset it and it continues to deny access. I LITERALLY CANNOT TAKE THIS ANYMORE.
