@travelsupport7@AerLingus Aer Lingus are great. Our KLM booking an ongoing absolute disaster. Rotten customer service and they never alerted me to cancellation of the second flight Amsterdam-Cork they’d re-booked us on, having axed the only other one on September 24 @KLM@AerLingus
KLM are an absolute disgrace in dealing with cancellations of all flights Amsterdam -Cork sept 24. Axed! . Why? . I got no online alert and during 2 hours trying to get phone help (online re-booking not allowed !!)Twice cut off 😡@KLM@CorkAirport
