UsePod is a two-sided marketplace for LLM inference. Independent operators run open-weight models on their own GPUs or bring their keys to other services (OpenRouter, Venice, etc.), set their own per-token prices, and earn USDC on every request served.
Users send standard OpenAI- or Anthropic-compatible requests; they use the same SDKs, same base URL pattern. Centralized providers stay on as an always-available fallback.
Settlement is per-request, on @solana, no token required.

Looking back to my first VC pitch for @hirechain_io...it was awful.
We had so many ideas and plans to build 20 different things that would all form an important part of the product.
It's very hard to turn that into a simple pitch and although I got better at it (and I'm still refining it) I definitely did better when oversimplifying the problem and solution.
Now some of the bigger pieces are falling into place and I've never been more excited about the product and the team.
We're building everything you need to hire the right people - fast.
