I've tried pomodoro, lo-fi, putting my phone in another room, all of it. What actually gets me through a 30-page reading is still the thing I did as a kid: cover everything below the line I'm on and slide it down.

it runs while the agent works, strolls when it slows down, lies down when your 5h window is spent, bounces back when it resets
so I gave the agent a corgi. it poops when a session is waiting for you. you click the dog to approve

The agent wasn’t finished. He went to dinner anyway.
Corgi let him see whether it was running, idle, or waiting—without hovering over the terminal.
When confirmation was needed, the final choice still stayed with him.
