The Scottish are actually the first tourists I don’t immediately want to deport.

They came to Miami, got drunk, had a blast, caused some chaos, and somehow made it charming instead of annoying. That’s a very rare achievement!

Most tourists show up and act like the state owes them something. These guys showed up acting like Florida owes them a good time — and they took it.

And he accomplished all of this in less than 3 months.

Do you think that any of these doomsayers will have the humility to acknowledge that they were WRONG about literally EVERYTHING?
