Go to settings >apps> see all apps

There you will find apps try to look for app with no name or icon or app named google play store/services (dummy one) those are culprit
Or go to privacy/permission dashboard you will find apps that requested permission check there apps which used sms / message etc permission (used to forward messages maybe)
