A131/Essex regiment way is a joke @essexhighways it has queues normally at rush hour & you think making it all one lane is going to work while its upgraded,Monday I spent an hour queuing and 40 mins today,could the works not have been done at night & the lanes open during the day

@PANDORA_UK absolutely appalled ordered rose gold earrings for my wife as a surprise for Xmas - it arrived today - was in Ring Box - and only 1!!! Disgusting - had to tell wife she isn’t having anything because I have to sort this out!!! Not happy
