A federal judge told the VA to restore a union contract covering 320,000+ employees.
The VA tried to terminate it again.
The judge called that a “blatant violation” of her injunction.
Then the VA tried again.
Friday, she blocked the latest attempt, finding it “in direct contravention” of her order.
At some point, this stops being a story about unions.
It becomes a story about whether court orders are instructions or suggestions.
Alabama’s Geneva County Circuit Clerk — the woman literally in charge of running your ELECTIONS — just got charged with a felony for allegedly paying herself $93,000+ in public funds.
Yes, she’s a Republican.
She was already barred from the courthouse in March when auditors noticed the money was missing.
The party of “election integrity” and “rooting out fraud” strikes again.

This is one of the GREATEST live fact checks ever performed on trump's stupid ass, to his face:
trump: "A lot of people are saying I'm one of the greatest presidents ever."
Reporter: "THEY'RE not saying that, though."💀
See how EASY that was, reporters?
Wolf: What hasn’t been discussed publicly, to my knowledge, is the fact that, in my opinion, President Trump committed a crime in negotiating the settlement agreement in this case and it’s possible that Mr. Blanche would be found to be a co-conspirator in that crime. Let me try to explain…
Congress enacted a statute that makes it illegal for the president or the vice president to directly or indirectly request the initiation or termination of a tax investigation. There’s a potential five-year prison term for violating that statute.
Donald Trump would not have immunity from criminal prosecution for violating that statute in this case because he filed this lawsuit in his personal capacity. Therefore, negotiating the settlement was not an official act for which he has immunity as president.
So, in this case, he was negotiating essentially with himself. As Judge Williams said in Trump v. IRS—a case in which I’m one of the 35 plaintiffs who, through excellent lawyers, persuaded the court to reopen the case and find that this was not a genuine case—it wasn’t a real case or controversy that was legitimately in federal court. It was a collusive case brought for an improper purpose: to get a personal benefit for President Trump, his family, and his allies.
How is this not a bigger story?!?!
Capital One Financial hit back against a lawsuit over its decision to close the Trump Organization's bank accounts years ago, stating that it did so after a review by anti-money laundering experts.
The disclosure marks the first time a bank has formally tied money laundering concerns to Trump's clownishly corrupt family business.
Capital One is seeking to dismiss the case by casting doubt on claims of illegally debanking — or denying services on religious or political grounds — the Trump Organization.

Republicans have the majority in the Senate and House and they're telling you they cannot rein Trump in, so stop giving them power. They're telling you they refuse to use it.

This is journalistic malpractice. He didn’t say anything. He hasn’t said anything for many weeks. It is a statement. You are misleading your viewers and readers.
