Islam spread in the Philippines peacefully before Spain came in 1521, carrying both the cross and the sword.
Christianized Filipinos lost their connection to their ancestors because Christianity demonized folk traditions and the Church even stole lands and abused peasants.
🚨 Switzerland just declared US-Israeli attacks on Iran a violation of international law.
Switzerland.
The country that hasn’t taken a side in a conflict since 1815.
An elementary school bombed. A boys’ school. Freshwater desalination plants. Oil refineries blanketed in acid rain. A civilian airport destroyed. Scores of children dead.
When your war crimes are so egregious that Switzerland stops being neutral — You have lost the moral authority of the entire world.
Spain said no. The UAE demanded answers. London marched. NYC marched. Switzerland broke 200 years of neutrality.
And Trump is at a golf resort.

'THIS IS ALL ON YOU': KARMINA CONSTANTINO CALLS OUT OFFICIALS AFTER TYPHOON TINO KILLS 188
Broadcast journalist Karmina Constantino held public officials accountable for the massive loss of life caused by Typhoon Tino, which left at least 188 people dead and 135 others missing, according to the Office of Civil Defense (OCD).
In a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Friday, November 7, Constantino condemned those in government who, she said, failed in their duty to protect the public amid the deadly storm.
"The Office of Civil Defense reports at least 188 killed due to Typhoon Tino, 135 remain missing," she wrote. "To all those who should've been responsible for looking after the welfare of our people, but chose not to — THIS IS ALL ON YOU."
