@Minsk90574145 @sabeer Space mission was built by scientists and not by the govt. Govt role was to give funding and retain scientists and they did the opposite of it. UPA gave 0.44% budget and NDA gives 0.26% budget. Its commendable that scientists are able to launch despite lower budgets
